I have change reviews many times this time im certain after thoroughly checking myself. I hav e a business credit card and order replacement request over night shipping and was delivered to mail box next over night but never got it until 13 days later? I wonder everthing I called card account keep asking for my card number and didnt believe I was account owner because of nothing having card info and it because of this stupid morons

Every delivered item will be forwarded to our processing facility. I want to be transparent with you that we have been receiving shipments from your mailing address almost every day up to this date. You will also notice in your account that you are constantly receiving items as well. We understand why you feel disappointed about this. Still, to set your expectations, we do not have any holds with the delivery because the moment the mail/package gets delivered to your SnapMailbox address, our carriers pick up the items and take them to our processing facility, where it gets uploaded to your online account.
