Customer service is superb. I had a live chat exchange through their website and had to take a phone call and walked away from my computer (for an hour). The rep, Mike, followed up with me via email until my (minor) issue was resolved. That kind of tenacity and follow-through is rare these days, and I so appreciate it!

Our parcel arrived in the US and was forwarded to us in the UK via UPS on Friday afternoon, arriving Monday morning. :) Just takes a bit of time to load on the portal before it can be actioned.

Once it arrives, we process it and upload it to your Snap Mailbox account so you can view and take action. This ensures everything is handled accurately and securely. If you need your deliveries uploaded immediately, we offer an alternative address at 1814 Memorial Way, Texas, which you can switch to for faster processing. We appreciate your patience and are glad your parcel arrived safely!
