I got my 2nd pair of shoes finally! I was disappointed because my first order was not picked/shipped properly. I lost my discount on them,because of that! I incurred extra money out of my pocket & had to pay for shipping again. Get rid of the robot, AI is no good for person to person communication 🙄!!

I recently purchased a pair of Birkenstocks. Nowhere in the listing was it indicated that they were narrow fit. I emailed them about it and their solution was to offer 10% off my next purchase. I will absolutely not be purchasing from them again. If I'm paying almost full price for an item, I should know exactly what it is I'm getting. Edited to add: narrow width is not normal for women's Birkenstocks. The widths are listed as REGULAR/wide and NARROW/medium. So the listing was misleading to not add that the shoes were narrow width. Also, they only refunded because I opened a dispute with the bank.
