I love that you can get deals on great brands but I don’t like the fact that you can’t return items that don’t work out. Lesson learned.

The shoes were perfect, but shipping was longer than I expected. It took 8 days from LA to AL for delivery.

Would have given 5 stars except they use USPS shipping which is often delayed or never delivered in our area and they have no returns for any reason. in this case all worked out but I generally won't order from places that ship USPS.

I had the choice of spending full price on a pair of shoes or half price. No details on why they might be on sale. When I got them, the colors were a mismatch and the entire package smelled like mildew. It smelled up my entire room and had to put them in the garage. Their customer service and I played a lot of email and phone tag - and they provided a way for me to get refunded - plus a discount on future purchases for my troubles. I’ll probably order again in the future.
