Snagged & BaggedReviews of snaggedandbagged.com

The retail prices are often quite inflated so the discounts shown can be meaningless. Check out Habitat and Escape-by-Habitat. Some retail prices are over twice the actual retail price! And many are inflated considerably. Overall, not nearly as many good deals as there were when I started shopping here, even with extra % off. Combined with the no return policy it isn't a good resource anymore.

I got my 2nd pair of shoes finally! I was disappointed because my first order was not picked/shipped properly. I lost my discount on them, because of that! I incurred extra money out of my pocket & had to pay for shipping again. Get rid of the robot, AI is no good for person to person communication 🙄!!

I will admit, the prices were reasonable- at first. The item I bought looked similar to something by Dressed in LaLa. I ordered a size larger than I normally would for a more baggy look and was DEEPLY disappointed with the pants. They were cheaper quality than expected, they ran EXTREMELY small, and had an awful smell to them. I'm a bit peeved with the return policy because not all boutique sales are final even if it's on sale- I've shopped at enough of them. If the products on this site are like the pants I bought, I don't recommend buying from them. Cheap quality for a boutique price- you're better off buying from Amazon.

They sent wrong size and they say cannot return.

Ordered item as gift for friend. No way to add gift message when ordering. How will recipient know who box is from? Sent several requests to add message in box via Contact Us on webpage. AI agent only gave canned response. I called customer service, auto message to communicate via online or Chat Agent. While found merchandise to give as gift, simple task of gift message in box is impossible. Recommend Amazon instead !

I ordered a blouse by Frank & Eileen, a brand I own multiples of. I ordered an X-Small from Snagged & Bagged and, though the item is marked X-Small it is oversized. It was also missing its hang tags so I wondered from the start if it was new. I suspect it is either mismarked (by the manufacturer?) or a second or a fake. Based on the reviews, I will not bother to contact customer service and I surely will not order from them again.

I received an Eaves shirt with glued on home made appliqués added on top of holes in the shirt. It was literally unbelievable. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life from a reputable online retailer. I imagine the shirt must have been a return that someone did this to so whoever is checking returns completely fumbled and fell asleep on the job! Giving 2 stars instead of negative zero because of how quickly customer service attended to the issue. They sent a return label immediately.

My item got cancelled after ordering it, and I didn't get an equal discount. The item that did arrive was too small and non-returnable.
