This was my first order ever from Snagged & Bagged. My order arrived - one shirt was indeed in great new condition with tags on. The other? It had tags on it but must've been a window display sample or near a window because one shoulder has a very noticeable sun bleached streak. When an "All Sales are Final" scenario, the listing should state any defects. I thought I was getting a new top with no defects. They may have been discounted but they still were not cheap. This week I made one more order to see if this top will be delivered in proper condition. If not, that will be it for me because although a great concept, the boutiques should be supplying non-defective items to those ordering through this site - or, at minimum, note within the specific listing if that item has a defect.

Item they claimed was in stock was not available. Lost out on another similar deal by trusting their ability to count. Sent me a coupon code with a value LESS THAN what was posted on their own website. Would not recommend purchasing from them. Heard back from company. Offered an apology and indicated they would work harder to ensure accuracy. Appreciate their response. Will try them one more time.

After receiving 1 shoe and some trouble. They did find other shoe & did send it out pretty quick! Exactly what I ordered:). Thank-you

The shoes I ordered and received are way too big despite them being marked my size. I’ve tried this same shoe on in store and determined 38 to be my size. I think this pair is irregular and marked the wrong size. Also they were cut incorrectly at a seam inside the shoe, so another reason they are irregular. Won’t be buy another time from your site

NOT the fault of Snagged & Bagged! BUT... I ordered the same size sweater as I wore (my daughters) last weekend. Hers fit beautifully and the large (size) made sense. It didn't hang on me like a sloppy bag. The one I received is ENORMOUS... from sleeve length, to v-neck drop, to side to side measurement. I simply cannot wear this beautiful $138.00 sweater. And seeing that it is cashmere... I have little to any opportunity to do anything about it. ALL SALES FINAL is clearly marked on the site... No idea if one of the two was mis-marked for size or not. I am SOOOO sad. Again, this isn't the fault of Snagged and Bagged. They are, but the folks who offered the item for sale; they didn't make it, they didn't put the label on it... I am beside myself. I do NOT buy clothing for myself. I just felt so absolutely wonderful wearing the sweater (same item) and thought I need to feel this good (about my appearance) again. So I splurged. Oops!

Sizing is inconsistent among the brands - in light of the no return policy more assistance with sizing would be especially helpful

Jeans were fine but they smell horribly of some sort of chemical fragrance. I've washed them and it's still very strong.

Dress did not fit but packing slip said could not return. Won't use or recommend you.
