They sent the wrong size, after it took like 3 weeks to receive my package. It was two pairs of running shoes, which are one size too big. So now I have two pairs of shoes that don’t fit and they will not exchange them, even though they sent the wrong size. DO NOT ORDER FROM SNAGGED AND BAGGED!!!!

I ordered an item in late April. I was sent the item in the wrong color. I have been trying to contact the company since early May to have the issue resolved. Sometimes I get back an email saying "we're looking into it," sometimes no response at all. BUT THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I AM LOSING HOPE.

ITEM NEVER DELIVERED I would caution you NOT to buy anything from this website. I purchased Staud mules that cost $161.00. I received an email stating that the shoes were left in the big section of our community mailbox that requires a key for access. This never happened. Either the mailman delivered the shoes to the incorrect box or house, or never put it any mailbox. I contacted Snagged &Bagged, they refused to refund the purchase because they had a delivery confirmation. I have no reason to lie, I never received my shoes and will never purchase from this website again. Snagged & Bagged decided to use USPS for its deliveries and should be responsible when USPS failed/fails to delivery paid for goods.

⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I placed an order expecting to receive the items I purchased, but instead I received the wrong product. After contacting customer service, the situation only got worse when a second shipment arrived and it was also incorrect. The first item I received raised serious concerns about authenticity, and the second item was completely different from what I ordered. I ordered jeans and received a pair of floral, flowy pants. What is most frustrating is that these were not isolated mistakes. Multiple items were incorrect, which suggests significant issues with quality control and order fulfillment. As the customer, I was left spending my own time documenting errors, contacting support, and arranging returns for products that should never have been shipped to me in the first place. While customer service was polite, the resolution placed the burden on me rather than taking responsibility for repeated fulfillment errors. I have completely lost confidence in this company and would not recommend purchasing from them.

I ordered a pair of sandals and I never got them waiting a solution for that two weeks and they only think they did is telling me we ship it so go to the police to do an investigation. The worst costumer service I have ever had I lost 60$ and no shoes received

Buyer beware. I ordered a pair of shoes from Snagged & Bagged that never arrived. Although USPS marked the package as delivered, my building has both a doorman and a package management system that logs every package entering the building. There is no record whatsoever that this package was ever received. I immediately contacted the company, explained the situation, and provided details about the missing delivery. Rather than helping investigate, offering a replacement, or providing any meaningful proof of delivery, I was simply told that USPS showed the package as delivered and that I was out of luck. What makes this experience even worse is that I ended up paying for a second pair of shoes out of my own pocket because I still wanted the item. Despite spending additional money with the company, they refused to offer any accommodation, replacement, store credit, or refund for the original order. I understand that shipping carriers make mistakes. What I cannot understand is a company that places 100% of the risk on the customer and provides no support when a package disappears. The issue isn’t that a package went missing. The issue is how Snagged & Bagged chose to handle it. In my experience, once they have your money, customer service is nonexistent. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
