Snagged and Bagged should be called Smashed and Grabbed! Don’t do business with this predatory company beware!!! My experience with this company was horrific! Extremely hard to get ahold of! Sent a jacket that was two sizes too small. Absolutely sneaky as they don’t highlight the Final sale part like other merchants. It’s absolutely part of their business model to do this, to unsuspecting customers. Hoping they don’t catch it! Strongest warning!!!!

The item arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as described.

I received an Eaves shirt with glued on home made appliqués added on top of holes in the shirt. It was literally unbelievable. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life from a reputable online retailer. I imagine the shirt must have been a return that someone did this to so whoever is checking returns completely fumbled and fell asleep on the job! Giving 2 stars instead of negative zero because of how quickly customer service attended to the issue. They sent a return label immediately.

The worst customer service. They said it is delivered but in fact it was delivered to their own warehouse and I asked for resolution; they said they are not able to reship or refund this package and recommend following up with the local police station. The worst experience ever.

My item got cancelled after ordering it, and I didn't get an equal discount. The item that did arrive was too small and non-returnable.

FALSE ADVERTISING. BAIT AND SWITCH. Purchased a long sleeve autumn cashmere sweater. They sent me. 3/4 sleeve sweater. After a dozen emails in which they refused to exchange for the advertised item, they finally agreed to a return if I pay shipping. BUYER BEWARE.

Instead of the luxury model pictured, they shipped a completely different, lower-tier shoe (the Vaneli Penny sneaker) in a plain pink box.When caught, customer service admitted it was a "listing error" because they didn't even have the premium shoes in stock to begin with. Their solution to completely ruining my gift plans? A generic apology and a lousy $20 discount code to spend more money with them.They are forcing me to spend my own personal time and gas to drive to the post office to mail back their mistake before they will release my money. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic to get consumers to buy cheap stock under luxury labels. Do not trust their listings!
