So far so good
So far so good. Good selection of cabins and simple booking process. Terms and conditions are a little strict but they had the cabin we wanted so we will see how it goes.

Bluff Mountain cabin
Our cabin rental was great! The pictures provided by Colonial Properties were an exact representation of the cabin. We did have trouble with our TV and it was fixed within a day. The Play and Stay discounts were an added bonus and allowed us to enjoy more sites on our vacation. The only improvement I could recommend would be to list the need for four wheel drive to get to our cabin. Thank you for a great vacation!

I booked on line and it was very easy and convenient. Then I needed to call about the Stay and Play pass and they were helpful.

We didn't leave the cabin at all. We got there Thursday night, and left out Sunday. We were sad that we had to leave.

I had questions regarding an upcoming reservation. I contacted Colonial Properties and received a response in a timely fashion. They are very customer oriented and want their customers to have the best experience!

This cabin was in a state of disrepair.
The carpet was nasty and torn, there were holes in the walls where old pictures or fixtures used to be, the deck had a burn hole in it, one tv didn't work and the others had very glitchy cable, and the stairs to the second floor were falling apart.
