Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

Was able to view the cabins we want and book them quickly.

Received the address etc 30 minutes early so gave us time to find the cabin. However if we did not have email access I don't know what would have happened as the office we booked through was said to be closed on Sunday's. Could not fault the position of the cabin, peaceful location, easy to find. However surprised that there was no facilities to cut up food, eg chopping boards and no placemats for the table. No where to hang clothes,p ( no wardrobe) had to use drawers and no where to dry clothes except tumble dryer. Had to contact office for Internet access code as tried to contact owner but answer machine was full. It would have helped if password was included with the code to enter the cabin. Would have saved several phone calls. Would recommend this cabin if teething problems were sorted out

I have used Colonial properties for several years. They are very friendly when you call for a reservation. There condos are always very clean and reasonably priced. I will continue to call for my vacation rentals through Colonial Properties!!

location is great, layout is great, hot tub is great, fireplaces are great, pool table was great. loved it here and we cannot wait to book it again.

Very helpful and a pleasure to talk to about accommodations ! Would use them again in the future !

Easy, simple

Very easy walked us throw it all

Well the purchase went excellent. Not sure why they are pushing so hard for a review before we even take our trip.
