Found the website to be very easy to use and navigate. Wish there were floor plans of the cabins to make it easier to visualize the bedroom and bath layouts. Our family takes annual trips together and we like to be able to have us older members on the lower levels ( stairs are difficult for us seniors) and the younger members on the upper levels. This is our first time using this company and I look forward to our stay.

My family has used Colonial Properties to rent a cabin for our yearly family outing in Pigeon Forge, TN. The staff is very helpful and any problems that have arisen were handled promptly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Colonial Properties to anyone.

I had been researching cabins for a couple of days and had narrowed down my choices to two cabins (only 2 left). I chose the cabin we wanted and was getting ready to enter my credit card information when suddenly the price increased by $180. I called Colonial to ask if we could still pay the lower rental price per night and they said they did not know what I was talking about. They kept insisting that the price per night had not changed and maybe I had been looking at last year's rate. They had also increased the price of the other cabin we were looking at. I went online today and noticed that they had decreased the nightly rate of the other cabin back down to what it had been originally. I think Colonial upped the price because they knew we were interested in renting a cabin and there were not many left during the week we were planning to rent ( the two cabins we considered were the only 2 left). I found the situation to be very frustrating. We have rented from Colonial in the past and never had any problems. I think they took advantage of the situation and charged more rent per night because they knew we wanted a cabin and there were not many left.

Site was easier to use and book a cabin. I just hope the pictures online are as nice as the cabin we rented.
