I would say decent treatment. the lady who I delt with lacked a certain bedside manner that's required for this. I felt belittled when I was suprised at all the add ons she threw on top of the price listed online.then she made a comment after I called back , oh I remember you the guy who thinks this is to expensive". the company itself I'm pleased with. all the emails where very informative and sent in a timely fashion. I have yet to arrive at my destination but expect it to be smooth sailing.

It was a pleasant experience in setting this up. No strings attached, just a nice welcome for us. Can't wait!

We were very disappointed with the lack of an elevator. I and my daughter are both handicapped, and we were walking up and down three flights of stairs every day. Upon arrival and entry it was frustrating that all of the lights and lamps were not working. We had to request light bulbs. We also had to request a code for wifi instead of having it provided. I guess you could say that we were not prepared for this kind of experience. We are pretty much used to having elevator access for our needs. We will definitely be staying somewhere next time that does provide services for the handicapped. This could be a great place for those who do not have that consideration. We will complete our stay, because we are not offered a refund, and we still need a place to stay for two weeks,,,but....we will definitely be going in another direction for our next trip.

Rental property was very nice and everything inside worked good. Outside of cabin was a little dirty. The garbage cans need to be animal proof. I did not keep any trash outside. But garbage cans were still knocked over and a Raccoon and a small bear were looking for food daily. Food and garbage was plentiful in the back yard area due to the animals raiding the cans. The hot tub was not hot when we arrived. Was fixed later the next day after a few phone calls to the property manager. Otherwise great little place.

Friendly helpful..overall this is my 2nd time using Colonial Properties. I definitely recommend them. I'll continue to use them for my future bookings!
