This is a 3 story cabin with lots of room . My kids loved the pool table and air hockey table . Lots of seating for big groups. The first night we were there, the air froze up . I called the emergency number at 11:00 at night, and someone was there in 30 minutes . They brought fans for us to use, but it came back on in the middle of the night. They came by the next morning to check as well . My only complaints were the towels did not smell good- like at all . I couldn't stand to dry my face with it . The high chair needed a deep cleaning too . The weeds needed trimming and we got there late at night and there was no outdoor light. Had to use our phone to make it to the door . Need a motion sensor light at least . Better have a 4-wheel drive to get on the hill too- I would never stay here in the winter months . I would,overall, recommend it- during the spring, summer, and fall only.

I did all of my reserving on line. I did not have any problems. It was an easy process. The hard thing was deciding on the many different cabins - location, sleeping arrangements, amenities, prices, etc. There would be a cabin for anyone! Now I can't wait for my vacation!!!

The tv did not have a lot of channels so what time we did spend in the room was very boring.

Bear Paws is run down and needs a lot of work.Decking is in need of replacing. Roof has severe damage. Place was not very clean upon arrivial.The hot tub only has a few jets working and wasn't very good shape. There is no room for a pool table at the cabin and its in poor shape. The road to turn on going to the cabin isn't marked and is basicly a four wheel drive only road.The cabin over all is pretty run down. The only plus is that its very secluded and peaceful.

We received very helpful, courteous service as we were trying to make our honeymoon reservations in an unfamiliar area. Would definitely recommend

Had a couple questions regarding the cabins and pricing so I sent an email thinking I wouldn't hear from them for a little bit but the next day I had a detailed email answering all of my questions. We are excited have a quiet getaway come October!

This property has several issues. You might want to warn people that they will not be able to drive all the way up the driveway and will need to carry luggage up the steep incline on loose gravel. Someone who cannot walk well could not make it. Also the roof leaks in several places. During the storm last night we placed pots and pans in various areas to catch the drips. There is also black mold on the ceiling of the bathtub. There were no extra trash bags. and no dishsoap so we just did what we could with what we had. You might want to tell the housekeeper that the light shades are full of moths too. And I didn't get a chance to read the reviews before I rented it, so it may already be on there, but the renters should be aware that there is no cell signal or Internet access. This cabin is way overpriced for what you get considering all the other rentals available in the area that are much nicer and not outdated like this, and they cost less also.

This site is great, it explains everything to a T. My boyfriend and I are going in January and are beyond excited. Can't wait!
