Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

Taking my family for a early Christmas gift and this cabin was so easy to book, looks very spacious

The cabin was exactly what we needed for our short getaway. Clean and comfortable from top to bottom. Tv's were absolutely wonderful! Made it easy to kick back in front of the electric fireplace and enjoy your time away. The beds were extremely cozy. Our teenage girls loved the downstairs amenities, from the theatre room to the hot tub and especially their own mini fridge! They definitely didn't want to leave the bed behind..lol.. Even though we didn't get to use the kitchen on this trip, it was completely stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We loved our experiences with this cabin and plan on using this rental company in the future. We are fortunate to only live about an hour and half away west of pigeon forge, so we visit very frequently and we look forward to future stays!

We were so impressed with every aspect of our stay. Not only was the cabin absolutely gorgeous, but the customer service was excellent as well. We arrived very late at night and were not able to find the cabin. Charlie, who works for Colonial Properties offered to get out of bed and meet us in order to make sure that we found the cabin safely. He stayed on the phone and was very patient ensuring that we arrived safely. Again, the cabin was the most unique we had ever stayed in. We are definitely planning to come back, looking forward to renting another cabin from them as it was an amazing- the perfect mountain experience!

Couldn't sign rental agreement on mobile devices

I would definatley use again.
