Easy to use, Easy to rent. Beautiful property

MY WIFE AND I RENTED THE LAZY RIVER CABIN.IT WAS GREAT, PERFECT SIZE,IT IS WELL REPRESENTED IN THE PHOTOS. THE HOT TUB WAS CLEAN AND WORKED WELL.PLENTY OF SPACE.LOCATED OFF OF A SECONDARY ROAD,EASY ACCESS BUT LOTS OF TRAFFIC. ACROSS THE STREAM OUT BACK IS A UPSCALE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT. YOU CAN SEE THE BACKS OF THEIR HOUSES AND THEY CAN SEE YOUR BACK PORCH. IT WAS QUIET. CLEAN AND I WOULD RENT IT AGAIN.THE EMAILS WITH THE KEY CODES WERE ON TIME,EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH. BONUS-IT IS 5 MILES DOWN THE ROAD FROM A MOONSHINE FACTORY .MY COMPLEMENTS TO THE STAFF THAT BOOKED ME AND UPSOLD ME AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT WHEN IT BECAME AVAILABLE.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have rented with this company in the past and was treated well. This time we thought we might have to reschedule due to my daughter having some health issues and they were very nice and said that we could reschedule up to 6 months out if we needed to. Thankfully we did not have to reschedule. I would like it if they offered trip insurance though.

Great place to stay and relax!!!

Easy process and even called to make sure everything was ok. Thanks

Outstanding company. Stayed at the cabin "Dreamcatcher". Very nice cabin and at low price. Wiil definetly stay here again.

Nice floor plan but kind of a dump. Mold around tub. Old rugs in bathroom. Bad shower curtain. No hooks to hang towels. Torn carpet in bedroom. Bad paint job throughout. Old bathroom fixtures from 1970's. old bandaid stuck to ceiling in one bathroom. Crusty!

People were very easy to work with and the Chalet is absolutely gorgeous and so clean. This is my third time booking my stay with Colonial Properties they are my favorite!
