Called for pricing and when I later called back to reserve was quoted a different price. Simply said something about the new quote and it was fixed. Staff called while we were on the way to the cabin to ask if we had made it yet and to let us know that it was ready. Cabin was beautiful and mostly clean. Check out was simple and easy. If you plan on cooking while you are in one of the cabins make sure you bring some hand sanitizer or soap and some good knives.

The property was very clean and attractive. That was located in a good location and great for vacation refreshing.

The towels smelled mildewed needs more blinds around the hot tub so that the old man down the hill will stop staring at us. Jets in hot tub hardly worked. Dishes some were dirty. Fire place is barely working. Then when I went to the office to get more towels. She said they would bring them nobody showed up. Cabin is nice but not the best experience. We usually rent from Auntie Bellems. They are a little pricey now I see why.

We haven't stayed in the cabin yet, but they took out our last payment a month too early, but booking the cabin was an easy process.

From complimentary attraction tickets to amazing properties, Colonial is a great company to book from. they give you a courtesy call and check in on you. Having to chose a cabin for my family is one of the hardest things to do, o and to wait to go on vacation is a close second.

Had trouble finding the cabin, called the check in number and Josh met us at a central location and within minutes we were there at the cabin! Thank you Josh for providing great service! All rooms were clean, pool table was a bonus! Enjoyed our stay and will be back!
