Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

Was a great cabin downstairs room was cold. But great cabin.

Very nice and friendly

The cabin we stayed in was super clean I have no complaints whatsoever definitely would do this again. :)

I enjoyed the ease of the booking process for Colonial Properties, It took little time and was very simple in finding what I was looking for in a rental and what the cost would be for my stay

Worked as expected

Cabin was clean. Easy to book and price was very competitive with other options.

Cabin T was a nice and comfortable cabin with an awesome view. The hot tub was the one thing I was looking forward to, and it was in need of maintenance. Hope to rent from Colonial Properties again in the future.

From start to finish, the reservation process and helpfulness of all the staff I dealt with made this entire vacation as wonderful as we had hoped for. If you are looking for an honest company who is knowledgeable of their rentals and aims to please their guests, you don't want to take your business anywhere else. Contact Colonial Properties now, you won't regret it. Wish there were more companies like them around.
