Awesome service and an amazing experience. I am a repeat user of colonial properties

First the hot tub was so nasty,we couldn t even get in it. Call the office and maint. they said it was clean, but after we check out they would have to acid wash it, & it would take 2 days.The fireplace glass in the bedroom was so dirty you couldn t see the fire. The wallpaper in the bedroom was falling off the walls and someone had tape it back up. This was the first time we had use Colonial properties and it will be my LAST.I had look at all the reviews on this cabin and many more before we book this one.Also i look in the book in the cabin that people had wrote about, and i seen were pages Had been removed from it,now i no why. So thanks Colonial Properties for a great weekend. (NOT)

Although I cannot review on my Vacation since it doesn't take place till later on this year. I have paid all my dues and have email confirmations of everything. What I can say is when contacting the customer services number or reaching out via email. I have not received a response. I have sent about 4 emails with no follow up. I hope the Cabin rental will be wonderful vacation for me and my family, but trying to get questions answered proves to be a "chore"

Great cabin. Easy to use website

The cabin was beautiful and well decorated. It was nice to have 3 floors to allow for privacy. The only cons were the water heater did not maintain enough hot water for 7 people and there was other cabin renters parking in front of our cabin making it hard to get access to our cabin. This was very frustrating to find when we checked in and did not have a place to park in front of the cabin.

My wife and I had a fantastic weekend away at Autumn Colors. It is the perfect distance from the towns of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so you can still engage in all of the activity there, or simply relax in this peaceful cabin. Take the long way if you go into Gatlinburg so you can enjoy the some of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
