Hi Jed, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the mistake in processing your subscription and for the frustration this has caused. After reviewing your case, it appears that your subscription was incorrectly charged for an annual plan instead of a monthly one due to an error on our processing team’s end. Additionally, the cancellation was not handled as expected, leading to a delay in your refund. We completely understand your concerns and take full responsibility for this mistake. Please rest assured that you will receive a confirmation once the refund process is complete. We have also addressed this internally to ensure that similar issues do not happen in the future. Sincerely, The Smodin Team
