An Incredible Experience with Dr. Z and the FMA program! I started the FMA Mentorship program after joining a free Healer’s Bootcamp that she offered in June 2026. I have accomplished more than I could ever imagine in a short period of time including starting my business from scratch and successfully launching in just a few months time. Dr. Z’s recent mastermind retreat was an incredibly valuable experience! What impresses me most is how intentional, organized, and well thought out every aspect of her programs and processes are. This allowed me to truly accomplished several months of work in just 4 short days! Dr. Z has clearly put tremendous time and effort into creating a comprehensive ecosystem of tools, resources, and support designed to help functional medicine practitioners build and grow successful practices. From streamlined workflows and business strategies to the impressive collection of AI-powered tools and resources, she has truly thought of so many of the challenges practitioners face when building a practice. As a nurse practitioner now growing my own virtual functional medicine practice, I especially appreciate that her approach goes beyond simply teaching concepts. She provides practical, actionable resources that help practitioners implement what they learn, work more efficiently, and confidently navigate the business side of functional medicine. The mastermind retreat was a wonderful opportunity to learn, connect, and gain fresh perspective. Dr. Z’s passion for helping practitioners succeed is evident in the level of detail and thoughtfulness behind everything she creates. Her team definitely reflects true happiness in their job and willingness to help clients to be successful. The small group sessions allow for you to have more individualized conversations and will help you grow tremendously! I just returned from the 2026 Mastermind with Dr. Z in Dallas, Texas. The Mastermind material was incredibly current, up-to-date, and helpful for so many areas of my clinical practice. However, what I value even more than the classes (and they are good!) is Dr. Z and her team, because they are 110% invested in you as a person and as a business owner. Their genuineness shows in every word and interaction the entire weekend. The community, support, and friends I make at the Mastermind, in addition to the amazing content, are what keep me coming back time and again. If you have an opportunity to go, don't think twice, just go!

Thank you to Dr. Z and the entire team! I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from my first Mastermind, but this experience exceeded anything I could have imagined. What I appreciated most was how comprehensive the education was. I love that it addressed all facets of building a business, including something that is so often overlooked: mindset. It wasn’t just about sitting through presentations and absorbing information. We were given real examples, practical guidance, and dedicated time to actually apply what we were learning. As I head home after a 3.5 day Mastermind event with The Dr. Z team, I find myself a bit incredulous. The “bang for buck” was over the top. Seriously. I am leaving with everything I need to send my Functional Medicine practice skyrocketing. The skill and insights into every aspect of business building are simply and thoroughly explained. Regardless of your clinical background, there is a structure to fulfill on whatever YOU want to build! So grateful I said “Yes” to the Dr. Z Mentorship! This team has my back.

I can’t say enough about Dr Z, the amazing team or the program. I wish I could give more stars. They are absolutely the most genuine people who want our businesses to be a success and guide us through it. The platform for learning is far beyond my expectations and the Mastermind was absolutely powerful. I was hesitant to join, not knowing what was inside but it far surpassed my expectations. I can’t wait to see what else is to come!
