Your installer, Pete, was friendly, professional, efficient and thorough. He explained my security options and offered more helpful information than I got in 11 years from my old company. He has been with Forward Home Security for years and will be the representative who will service my equipment in the future. That tells me the company treats him right and I'll have the peace of mind knowing the same employee will perform any maintenance that might be needed down the road. I just had a complete new installation done, and Smith Monitoring was great. Chip was my sales person and he explained the plan, contract, and how everything worked. Robert, the technician showed up on time and gave me a call on the way to my house. I didn't have anything pre-wired in the house, he had to start from scratch. He was professional, courteous, explained the system, made recommendations as to where customers usually place the motion sensor and the keypad. Two weeks after I installed it, my alarm went off and I got a call asking if they should dispatch the police. I knew my mother was coming over, so I told them no need, but I was happy to see the system and monitoring working! Very satisfied customer, I would definitely recommend them!
