Sam's a very nice guy, clean cut, very professional image. That's for starters. What I was extra impressed with was his enthusiasm for his job. He clearly enjoys doing what he does, and looks at his service from the viewpoint of helpfulness, rather than as a salesman like many of the competitors. I think that was the main point. He was here for me, rather than purposed with making some manager's hard sell statistics push up. Great experience.

Everything was very easy to setup and our techinician, Ricky, was very helpful in everything he did.

We are getting our installation done as I type. The gentleman (Ricky) who came in was very knowledgeable. He explained things well. He did his job by up-selling - but convinced me that it was a better choice and also tried to save us money. He checked all existing signals, and tried to save us money for extra install requests. He also had to run a new plug-point, but all was done very well and professionally. Now once we experience the service provided after it is installed - I will come and write back. But so far so good.

The service and communication has been outstanding with Smith Monitoring. They were on time, called before they came, and did a thorough assessment of our home. I am excited to feel safe with the latest in home security technology. Our technician Sam was very friendly and helpful.
