I am very excited about my new security system with Smith Security. After investing a great deal of time, money and effort into remodeling our home, we really wanted to know that our home and property were protected. I stumbled onto Smith Security accidentally, online, and after reading the reviews, I knew that I was interested. Our visit with the Smith Security tech, Ricky, was great. He was personable, professional and well informed. We are switching our security service from a provider that we had used for 11 previous years. We did not feel that our longevity, as a customer, was appreciated.
