I have actually already recommended Smith Monitoring to a friend, so that should say something. My experience with Cody, my sales guy, wasn't salesy at all, which is a very good thing and was totally refreshing after calling around to several other companies for whom I cannot say the same. I was able to negotiate what I consider to be a pretty good deal comparatively and Cody made it easy. Our technician, Carlos, was equally, if not more dazzling. He was super professional, and super patient with my monstrously ginormous dog who happened to be very interested in what he was doing. Of course, service quality is yet to be seen, but Smith has great reviews and is BBB accredited so I feel pretty good about that going in. I would definitely give Smith a call, especially if you are interested in Vivint because they offer the same services, trendy Go!Control wall panel, and they are willing to be competitive.

We switched from Comcast. These guys are much better and less expensive too. Love the remotes too!

Although there was some miscommunication with install and plan, tech was punctual and explained everything thoroughly. Looking forward to having my new system.
