Smiles CasinoReviews of smilescasino.com

Easy cash out. The whole reason that I gamble is to WIN! You can definitely do that here. The games are fun and exciting. I turned my free 2.5 smiles coins into 100 smiles coins the first time I played. So extremely easy to cash out, and we all know thats what matters most. I would suggest everyone to give it a try.

Just wanted to say my first redemption here was fast and efficient. When I contacted support to see if they needed any additional information they were responsive and through, and very polite. All in all, zero complaints!

I’d say, stay away from this one if you are looking to earn enough from daily rewards to meet the $100 cash out requirement. It was pretty bad when they were giving out $0.05 a day in SC. Now it is a wheel. I’m on day 2 of GC rewards on the new wheel. I won’t be returning for day 3. I joined months ago and I am no where close to qualifying for a prize redemption. My favorite games on Smiles Casino were the Pragmatic Play games. Now those are gone. Daily SC rewards are gone. This isn’t the place for me.

Great customer service fun and exciting slots and so many ways to earn free sweeps coins thru social interactive apps

I am not pleased with this casino whatsoever. As stated by other players, this casino is very avaricious. They payed good the first few times. They asked me to give a review; however, I was hesitant until I played more in order to write a truthful review. I wonder if all Of the five star reviews were after the players only played a few times. I’ve lost so much money. I’ve never played an online casino where I couldn’t hit a bonus or two. There are constantly dead spins after dead spins and no bonus with some gameplay. They’re taking money and not giving in return. It’s easy to get drawn in by a few big hits and then afterwards, you’re steadily losing. I’ve lost about $600 in less than an hour. I’ve even spoken to an attorney about a class action. They are not running these casinos fairly. Take screenshots of your redemptions and compare your losses to your wins—unparalleled by a long shot. Don’t continue to lose your money. Stop playing these online casinos because they are a BIG SCAM! The lawyers are filing a class action against Pulsz. Hopefully they’ll all be shutdown soon to protect us from unfair game practices. If they’re not being regulated, of course they'll do whatever they want. I waited to see if things would turn around, nevertheless, they didn’t.

Overall an awesome platform to play on. I’ve had some pretty good fortune come my way by way of winnings with smiles casino and the customer service is nice and very helpful. They also follow up with ALL concerns no matter how big or small. Please continue to live up to your name and reputation. I will be a continued and loyal customer for life.

I have only gone to this Casino a couple of times. I tried them this evening and upon signing in it said my account was banned. I can't think of any reason why that should be the case. I don't need the hassle of contacting customer support, I didn't do anything wrong. Smiles, you put a frown right on my face.
