Account was approved. Redemption to paypal and venmo said instant..false advertisement. Just want my $110 redemption instantly as stated on the redemption page. It should not take any casino site hours to approve a redemption request whenever my account was instantly approved and verified. Doesn't take them hours to take your money out of your deposit method to play. Shouldn't take hours to approve a redemption request

I've been waiting since the 6th for a 100 dollar redemption. I haven't heard anything but a couple of emails saying that they know how disappointed I must be and they are forwarding it to a relevant team for further follow up. I've gotten this email from 2 different people in response to "where is my payout". Then today, I got shifted on a bonus I hit during free spins. Gotta love that, right. Nope. Out of the $11.+ I won, I only got 1.50 after the free spins were done. So now they are researching that. I'm fully verified, fully willing to work with them, but at this point, there's too many negatives. I just want my 100 bucks and a clean break.

It started good and payout was no more than 2 hours until I recently won over $500 and that was 07/2/2026 it is now 07/9/2026 and I am still in pending status.I reached out to CS a couple f times,only to hear that I am still pending and my redemption is under review blah blah blah blah blah blah. I cancelled all of my redemption and only redeemed $100 dollars I played with the $400 and won 700 I redeemed $600 and still waiting I DONT KNOW I JUST WISH THEY WOULD HAVE STAYED HONEST LIKE THEY WERE WHEN I FIRST STARTED PLAYING AND CASHED OUT WITH $100 they would pay instantly even payed within 48 hours and that was ok, And to be honest I don’t mind waiting but to keep me waiting over a week, is not acceptable CAN I PLEASE RECEIVE MY WINNINGS? I mean I left good reviews in the past but I had to post this review because this type of behavior is not acceptable

What can I say the customer service is great & fast .. Though I do wish the redemption was as fast as well.. Aside that they do have vary great games to choose from and the daily free rewards they offer .

Considered giving less stars but the amount of various games I like the real issue is redemption experience I have 3 redemptions of $200 each . Redeemed on June 23, 2026 supposed fast redemption time up to 72 hours I was told well if you do the math definitely over that time . I contacted customer service a few days ago where I get a cookie cutter response with no true answer , get told it was escalated , yet here we are July 1st after two escalations ( I doubt it ) still no redemption progress and no real answers . So sad !

They don't have daily socials. The win ratio when you bet higher is less then ten percent. Seriously be better off doing any other websites. Only good they have is you get to spin a wheel twice a day to get two free spins each time

I am not pleased with this casino whatsoever. As stated by other players, this casino is very avaricious. They payed good the first few times. They asked me to give a review; however, I was hesitant until I played more in order to write a truthful review. I wonder if all Of the five star reviews were after the players only played a few times. I’ve lost so much money. I’ve never played an online casino where I couldn’t hit a bonus or two. There are constantly dead spins after dead spins and no bonus with some gameplay. They’re taking money and not giving in return. It’s easy to get drawn in by a few big hits and then afterwards, you’re steadily losing. I’ve lost about $600 in less than an hour. I’ve even spoken to an attorney about a class action. They are not running these casinos fairly. Take screenshots of your redemptions and compare your losses to your wins—unparalleled by a long shot. Don’t continue to lose your money. Stop playing these online casinos because they are a BIG SCAM! The lawyers are filing a class action against Pulsz. Hopefully they’ll all be shutdown soon to protect us from unfair game practices. If they’re not being regulated, of course they'll do whatever they want. I waited to see if things would turn around, nevertheless, they didn’t.
