Account was approved. Redemption to paypal and venmo said instant..false advertisement. Just want my $110 redemption instantly as stated on the redemption page. It should not take any casino site hours to approve a redemption request whenever my account was instantly approved and verified. Doesn't take them hours to take your money out of your deposit method to play. Shouldn't take hours to approve a redemption request

I've been waiting since the 6th for a 100 dollar redemption. I haven't heard anything but a couple of emails saying that they know how disappointed I must be and they are forwarding it to a relevant team for further follow up. I've gotten this email from 2 different people in response to "where is my payout". Then today, I got shifted on a bonus I hit during free spins. Gotta love that, right. Nope. Out of the $11.+ I won, I only got 1.50 after the free spins were done. So now they are researching that. I'm fully verified, fully willing to work with them, but at this point, there's too many negatives. I just want my 100 bucks and a clean break.
