I put in a redemption over 2 weeks ago and it’s STILL NOT PROCESSED! and all I get in return from customer service is that it’s pending and NO TIMEFRAME! I have put in thousands of dollars here and am at the highest level of VIP. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED! FAST REDEMPTIONS? LAUGHABLE! This company takes your money in one second and then doesnt want to pay you when you win ANYTHING! PLAYER BEWARE! FRAUDULENT AND A SCAM!

Been playing enough on these sites so decided to try a new one. The reviews were mostly positive on this one. So buyer beware. I won enough to cash out so decided to do just that. Unfortunately they are just one of those sites that only do PayPal, scammy, or direct hook up to my bank, no way. I just dont do that. Because of sites that have taken money out at there leisure. Having a third party in between protects me. Checks and balances.. there already protected. So just my experience and my way I have been playing and doing fairly decent. I have been emailing smiles casino since November I cashed out for a $120 that never received smiles gave e a id number to give to paypal paypal said the id was to long so I contacted smiles casino again the have had me send them my bank statement I've sent screenshot of mine and PayPal convention I've sent PayPal screenshot of mine and smiles casino all I get from smiles casino how there sorry and looking in to it to pleases be patient but I have been patient since November I came with the understandment that smiles casino got me for my redemption of a $120 they don't even update me about anything I'm the one that keeps messaging them so all I have to say if your playing for real money or to cash out this isn't the casino you want to play because there good at not paying u but has no problem to take the money but has a problem paying you

They said my bank denied my refund which is my Apple Pay also that my money would be put bacc on the game within 24 hours which is now going on 50 plus hour without any update!!
