So far the process for Smileie has been great! I ordered in mid December and had received my impression kit within a week. Brett was very quick with responses on question with either the impression or any general question I had. Today I received my aligners (2/5/23) along with my teeth whitening kit and excited to start this journey to a straighter smile!

So far, so good! I just received my aligners today and leading up until now customer service has been extremely helpful and responsive. I'm lisping/slurring my words a bit (which is to be expected the first several days), but the aligners fit snuggly with zero pain. I am excited to see the progress!
