The agent assisted me with my all my questions quickly! And when we were accidentally disconnected, I logged back in to the chat hoping to not start over, but she saw me and we were able to continue without any hiccups! Great customer service!

This was one of the easiest and best experiences with an online representative that I have encountered. Caroline answered each and every inquiry that I presented and asked questions to provide a more detailed and cost effective experience. When I wanted to insure that there was a guarantee; Smileie’s employee (Caroline) provided a written statement and when informing her that I wanted to capture our conversation, she offered to send a copy to my email address provided for my convenience and reassurance. It seems you are doing everything right by providing a service that your competitors offer yet you are doing it with amazing customer service and care at a more affordable price. I am also thankful that you provide the option to treat one arch instead of demanding that you purchase two. Most patients/customers know what they want and need to fix pertaining to their smile and finally there is a company that not just gets it but offers it. Your future endeavors as a company seem to be Smileie Brightly!!!

I wasn't sure if I wanted to try the at home vs traditional aligners - but after conversing with customer service associate Chester - I was confident I made the right decision by ordering Smileie while still on the phone with him! Chester was knowledgeable and explained things really well. He was just clinical enough for me to follow the technology advantages, while still being personable. I can't wait to start the process. If the product is half as effective as Chester is in explaining his product - it'll be a great experience!
