I was excited to get my bottom teeth fixed.. they sent me top and bottom retainers. There was a set price we agreed upon. When they sent me the set of retainers in 10 steps I noticed the teeth were not straight by the last step. I voiced my concern and they said don't worry you may need further alignment. I did the initial 140-160 day treatment, and after all this time my teeth look identical. And then the worker says we will have to charge you extra 2-300 to keep going into another set?! What kind of crap is that. We agreed upon a price to fix my teeth and now they are just going to keep up charging me, stringing me along?

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Trust me it's NOT worth the hustle. Their customers service is one of the most ATROCIOUS service I've ever had to deal with. Once you've paid for your service they'll keep leading you on with their "it's finalised and you'll get it in 10days" for weeks onwards. Let alone if you need a refinement or night retainers. They're very rude and will also randomly cancel your order if you respectfully call them out on their outrageous behaviour and lack of ownership. It's convenient because they have decent retainers but honestly try any other online company with a better customer service. It's not worth the headache and the anxiety.

The process is extremely slow and the straightening time takes forever. Once the set of aligners they send does not complete the straightening process, they make you do another set of impressions and try to get you to pay for those materials each time. After 4-5 sets of additional aligners, my teeth are still not straight. The cost of this brand of aligners is lower than most, but you get what you pay for - just put the money towards another brand. Smileie staff - before you respond to this, I have already spoken with your team (via the email you are providing to these reviews) and was told your company wouldn’t do anything.

Extremely disappointed with Smileie! I went through three sets of aligners and was repeatedly told to continue treatment. On my last set suddenly I was told I wasn’t a fit after getting approved the first time for the aligners. When I asked why I wasn’t told this in the initial approval (November 2025) I was never given a clear answer or why this wasn’t brought up in the approval. Customer service was extremely disappointing and I am now dealing with gum issues and teeth that are worse than when I started. Definitely not worth the money especially now having to spend way more money fixing the issues caused by treatment!!

My experience with Smileie has been extremely disappointing to say the least, and I would not recommend this company. I purchased my aligners in August 2025 and followed the treatment exactly as instructed. By the eighth set, my bite was no longer correct—my back teeth were not touching and I was having difficulty chewing. Smileie sent me a second set of aligners, which also did not resolve the problem, and I even tried a third set. After months of communication, delays, and promises to correct the situation, I still did not get the results I was promised. Unfortunately, the customer service has been just as frustrating as the treatment. I have repeatedly had to chase them for responses and answers, and communication has been slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful. I ultimately requested a refund, but I still have not received my money back—and I am still experiencing the same terrible customer service. What should have been a simple process has turned into months of frustration, wasted time, and money. I sincerely regret choosing Smileie and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

Complete scammers! I ordered in January 2026 and have only just received my aligners that do not fit! I can't get them onto my teeth. This is extremely dangerous orthodontics. They will not issue a refund. I submitted teeth impressions twice and both times they were accepted straight away. The first impressions the 3D imaging was nothing like my teeth. The second provided faulty aligners. Please do not trust this company. Edit: The company has emailed me personally and said they will no longer offer a resolution due to this review. They have admitted through email that this review is in relation to the same company. If I lose my money over a bad honest review I may as well clarify for certain it was confirmed by the company. Please be careful and go to a competent orthodontist to save possible damage to your teeth that could cost more. The website I ordered off was Smileie.com

This company is deceitful. I ordered my retainers in May. I was initially told fabrication would begin in 10 days from receiving the impressions. This did not happen. I had to reach out for an update and was told they are behind. Then told I had to approve even though I received no notification of this action. I responded approve as instructed. I received no confirmation. I reached out the following week. Their email states they respond in 24 hours. I didn't hear back in a week. At this point my teeth have shifted so I advised that since my order sat in pending status until YESTERDAY I requested a refund. I received a response stating that I could not receive a refund because the fabrication begun in spite of it sitting in pending and would take 15 business days. I advised that this would not work and reminded them that they said they were behind and didn't respond in 24 hours to work it out as their policy states. They doubled down. I then reached out to the BBB. They responded stating I never approved my order therefore they were never fabricated. At the same time they emailed me separately stating that I did approve and that they will refund me only if I close my BBB complaint. Due to their deceit and double stories in spite of their own emails and portal, I told them I would not do so unless I had confirmation of my refund first since they were stating two different stories. I advised BBB of their separate communicate and my desire for a refund while still keeping the complaint until I receive confirmation. Smileie turned around and SOMEHOW not only fabricated but shipped my order to spite me for keeping my BBB complaint knowing that I already requested a refund directly to them and through the BBB for retainers I can no longer wear.There are plenty of retainer manufacturers. Go with one that doesn't have fake reviews, lies and does not have good customer service.

I used Smileie in 2023 for a full set and I was happy with the results. Fast forward to 2026 my last retainer broke and I reach out to The company to order another one. They recommended to the treatment again and I did. My first set I got in April was completely wrong. My front teeth would not fit and the back was completely outside of the aligners. I sent pictures and they sent me a new set in July. I was really super careful on my impressions this time. Well the new set fall off my teeth I tried all of them but they were made for giant teeth I guess. Also the quality of the aligners now is cheap in comparison to 2023. My teeth are now moving fast and I’ll have to go find a dentist. I can’t go this back and forth and never get treatment . I’m so disappoint which is sad since I really liked the company before.
