These reviews are spot on, I use the whiting pen and this product burned my gums, I reached out and all they wanted to do is refund my payment. This company needs to be put out of business. These products are a hazard and are not safe to use. I also will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Unauthorized Charges: Like other customers, I was signed up for automatic, expensive shipments without consent. Difficult Returns/Customer Service: Consumers report difficulty reaching customer service and paying for return shipping, Asking for future payment after canceling future shipments.

I actually wasn't sure if smiles active would make my teeth whiter. This product does work. With over time regular use it really does whiten your teeth. I've been meaning to leave a review and now I have.

First, we were signed up for a subscription without permission. Second, they kept sending product after I cancelled Third, they had recurring charges on our credit card.. I spoke to them several times and they assured me they had cancelled our “ subscription. We didn’t receive any more product but continue to bill us. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DIRECTLY! You cannot get rid of them!

THIS IS A TERRIBLE product and the deceptive marketing is borderline fraud. I placed one order and did NOT sign up for a subscription, but another one was billed and shipped a month later. There was no email notification of a second order, there wasn’t even an established account! When I went to try to cancel the subscription myself, I had to call to get it done. The product burns my gums! Buyer beware!

BEWARE !!!!! This is subscription , you will never know you have signed up for Product itself doesn’t do absolutely nothing , have not change a bit of a color I got charges to my card over and over , I have never consent to subscription , no customer service what so ever

Product doesn't work and they keep charging without authorization. Was promised my account was canceled, I returned all products unopened, they have had them for two weeks and not only didn't refund me, I was charged again today. Scam.

This Company needs to be sued on a Class Action Lawsuit. We had to change Bank Cards so they would not keep charging the card. If I could give them a -10 I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND CANCEL YOUR CURRENT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. It is the only way they will not keep billing you.
