Works great with my little Yorkie in an apartment setting and prevents him from running into the hall if someone is at the door. He can see who is there but cannot escape.

The product is made well and I think would serve the purpose for 95% of pet owners. I unfornuatley/fortunatley depending on how you look at it, own pitbull/cattle dog mix that hops it without effort. I can't complain as it worked for the first few months.

Look, I have 6 of these gates in various places to keep our crazy dog confined at times. These are high quality gates that have never given me a single problem over many years. You want a great gate, you buy this, don't even bother with any other kind. They are awesome.

Hi--Thanks for being a fabulously awesome customer! It is tempting to buy something cheaper, but the old adage of “you get what you pay for” is very true here as well. Thanks again, Deanna at Smart Retract.

The website doesn't look beautiful but all the information you need to choose the right gate and the right fittings is there. Gates come really quickly. We've got 6 now in our church buildings. I love the fact that they are permanently fitted but not permanently in the way. Win win. Highly recommend.

This gate is top notch. Had a couple other kinds before this and this is the best quality, design and easy use. Very sturdy and looks great too! Well worth the money!

I was a little skeptical due to the cost, but the gates had really great reviews. I love the convenience of it and the fact that I don’t have to keep a big bulky gate around.
