De meeste klanten die het hek gebruiken met huisdieren (o.a. katten) hebben het hek geïnstalleerd en bij deze klanten werkt het hek naar behoren, dus uw ervaring komt gelukkig niet vaak voor. Vandaar ook de positieve reacties van niet alleen onszelf maar ook namens onze klanten. Af en toe kan het type installatie of het huisdier een omstandigheid creëren die niet optimaal werkt. Hi Vicky--We are surprised and sorry to hear you are having an issue using the gate with your dogs, as we have not heard from you previously. The issue you described is very unusual. When the installation instructions are followed, the safety gate has a push-out force of 200 lbs. and has been tested for that type of application.
