First of all the company really worked with me and was very kind, supportive, and caring about my whole ordeal. But in the end there was a good resolution to the problem and I still received ample amount of money for both of my Motorola phones and I ended being satisfied with what I received. What I really liked is that they kept in touch with me through emails and keeping me posted about my phones. I also told my sister about you guys, because she said she has a few phones that she needs to sell and when she has time to do that she I'd going sell all her phones to you guys and get compensated. And yes I would recommend SPsmartPlus to any and everyone I know to sell their devices to you because they will get good money for the phones, so with allcthat said please keep up the good work you guys do! I chose the Venmo option which was promptly paid out less than 24 hrs from them receiving my phone. Overall a tremendous company and experience, I will not hesitate to sell back future phones or even reach out for a repair and will definitely recommend friends and family!

I want to say that this company is really great! I both bought and sold with them and both experiences were easy and pretty quick. Buying was very simple and the prices are really fair. I bought an excellent condition ipad mini and it's literally perfect yet it was $384 I believe. I love my new ipad mini so much and I definitely recommend buying from them, especially the excellent condition option. Selling was also easy. I sold an iPad 10th gen for $260 I believe as well as an apple pencil 1st gen for $11. Getting paid takes a little longer than expected (of course, they received the ipad near a weekend so that held things up), but I still think it's fair and I would recommend selling too. Customer service is kind and helpful. On FB messenger they did take some time to reply although they read the message but when they DID reply they were knowledgable and helpful. I give this site 5/5 altogether!

I wasn't sure what to expect from SmartphonesPlus because I'd heard so many negative things about companies that buy cell phones in general. But they have an A+ rating from the BBB so I gave them a try. And wow, am I glad I did. I had a Galaxy Note 9 in flawless condition that cost $1000+ when I bought it. But because Samsung dropped all updates for it after a few years it was dangerous to use, so I had to sell it and was surprised when I was quoted just $35 to $68 for it. But today, just one business day after they received it, SmartphonesPLUS paid me $88 instead of the $63 they quoted. They said the reason for the increase was because it was unlocked, when I'd thought it was locked. They didn't have to do that, because I would have never known. So it tells me that they are indeed trustworthy, and I highly recommend them. Just a friendly general reminder, check with the BBB before doing business with any unknown company, especially these cell phone buying companies. As the ones who quoted more for my phone had bad ratings, which is why I took the lower original $63 offer from SmartphonesPUS, and ended up with even more than they promised.
