Fair pricing for locked phones
I've used this company twice and have never had a problem with them. The only problem is that there isn't a way to get a quote for a network locked phone. I sent a network locked phone in to the company and they gave me a quote that was $12 less due to it being network locked. That's no problem as I knew that money would be taken off due to the phone being locked. I thought that the offer was still very fair. It can be hard to find a company that'll pay for network locked phones. I've sent in two phones and both were inspected and payment was sent within 3 days of them receiving the phone. I will always turn to this company due to they're fairness,ease of use, and timely payments

Great company
Great company. Shipped the packing material to me right away; the materials did not have a lot of bubble wrap so you will need to ensure you have something to pad your product to ensure it does not get damaged. The company made payment easy and paid me the price they listed on the website. Thank you!

The process went smoothly and was timely . I might have gotten a higher payout somewhere else , but with more effort . My time has value . This is a valuable and smooth process .

FRAUD! DISHONEST BUSINESS
DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!!! I was quoted $210 for a BRAND NEW, NEVER USED Google Pixel. They said they received a TOTALLY different phone and attached pics of SOMEONE ELSES PHONE WITH SCRATCHES! They said they could give me $40. DON'T FALL FOR IT! SEVERAL REVIEWS WITH THIS SAME COMPLAINT!

This was my first time using SmartphonesPLUS and I’m ecstatic about the amazing, positive experience I had. I sold my Apple Watch and AirPods Pro to them and I received 100% of the price they quoted me up front. Furthermore, their customer service people kept me appraised during every step of the process and they answered my emails within minutes. I received a fast electronic payment the day after they received and inspected my items and like I said, they honored the up-front quote they gave me, which it’s hard to find in their industry. In my opinion they are a very honest company and I highly recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact I’m about to sell other devices to them. Excellent, honest, fast service!

This company is a big Scam
This company is a big Scam, They offer you a good quote and when they get your phone, They say it's only worth a $1, Do not send or trust this company

It's a scam. They change the item I sent.
I sent a 512GB iPad with a 79% battery condition to sell. I'm 100% sure of this SSD capacity. But they said it is 258GB, not 512GB, and there is a dead pixel, so they will not pay 70% of the invoice price. So I requested them to return it to me. I received this today and checked the product. The product capacity has changed to 258GB, battery health has increased to 85%, and the scratches on the product differ from the original one I sent. It's a scam.
