The process of getting a fair quote and…
The process of getting a fair quote and shipping the computer for free was excellent. I was a little frustrated that my address was initially totally incorrect which led to a delay as I wanted to shipping label to be correct and that it seemed to take longer than what I expected the time to be to do an automatic bank transfer. Overall though, I am very very pleased with my dealings with SmartphonesPLUS

The process is very easy
The process is very easy, from getting an online quote printing the shipping label and dropping it at the post office. I received payment on Venmo within days of sending my old phone in.

Efficient process
It was a simple process with clear directions to send in me phone for cash. They offered more money than other places for my phone. When I reached out to customer support they responded within a few hours with an update. Will be using this company again in future
