Overall good experience...
The process of selling my iPad and peripherals went well. Other companies don't require the fees to use PayPal. Having to pay the PayPal fees to receive money is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Good customer service
Overall, the process of selling the phone to them went well. There was initially an error with the gift card processing and a resulting delay in payout, but the customer service team helped resolve that issue eventually. I would recommend Smart Phones Plus.

Excellent and trustworthy
I appreciate this company was fair and honest. My device was flawless and the offer they gave me was exactly what they sent me. They didnt try to say things about my device that wasnt true like other companies . My check came quickly and I will be doing business with them again. Thank you.
