I made the order to send in the phone but saw there were cracks in screen. After I made the order and was ready to send in, I realized it had a glass screen protector. I peeled that off and realized that the screen was in great shape. I assumed when it got to your company, an adjustment would be made as condition was extremely better than fair, the option i originally selected. I assumed there would be fairness, honesty, and integrity with this company but you took the lesser payout and did not compensate after inspecting. I have other phones, but have decided to go with another company who has a better business model and will do adjustments. Will never use again and expected more.

During inspection, we found the device to have screen burn. Screen burn are images burned into the background of the LCD, they are commonly seen on an all white background. This type of damage falls under our broken condition guidelines. However, we chose to honor the initial quote and completed the payout without further adjustment.
