U guys told me tonight my payment is by 8p March 5. That's a long time and let nger than one to three business days. March 2nd to fourth, is one to three business days. What a lie!

We apologize for any confusion or frustration regarding your order. Our standard processing and inspection timeframe is 1–3 business days. After reviewing your order, I noticed that ACH was selected as the payment method. While we issue ACH payments the same day the order is completed, ACH transfers typically require an additional 2–4 business days to complete. If you have any further questions please reach out to our support team at [email protected].

The whole thing was really easy. The website is easy to use, and I emailed them with a question about selling my phone, and they responded quickly. They made this simple and easy to do, and they were very speedy throughout the process. I would sell my old phone or tablet with them again.

It's been several weeks and we never received our check.
Response from SmartphonesPLUSFeb 19, 2026
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we’re very sorry to hear you haven’t received your check yet, as that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. Sometimes mail delays or address issues can cause unexpected hold-ups. According to our records, the check was issued through our payment processor, Melio, with the expected delivery date of February 10th. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can look into this right away and make sure you’re taken care of. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to get this resolved for you.
