Concur with all other comments. Absolute rogue company. Issued with a fine at Trowbridge Gateway Shopping Centre. Company does not say cash only on entry. My daughter tried to pay by phone and app when she realised she didn't have cash on her, neither of which were working. She left promptly when she realised she couldn't pay, then received a £60 fine. If you appeal it increases to £100. Terrible communication, make it impossible to speak with anyone. Delay after delays. DO NOT USE ANY CAR PARK THEY MANAGE EVER. ABSOLUTE CROOKS.

The company states that customers need to get their luggage and be waiting outside which we did but then after they picked us up we had to wait twice for people who weren’t outside with their luggage. Also they messed with our dash and headlights and had them off rather than automatic which we didn’t realize (because of the bright lights in the parking lot) until we were on the congested highway and this was dangerous. Other companies we have used arche very careful about not changing the lights.

I had a doctor's appointment at my new doctors for the first time and didn't log my car registration in, ok my fault I except the fine, what I do not except is that I was given 14 days from the issue of the fine to pay £60 or it would increase to £100, my grievance is that the fine was issued on the 1st of February I received it on the 14th of February, what proof would I have had if it turned up after the 14 th day, I think they post it late in the hope that it will, con artists

Thieves. I attended an early class (7.20am) at the gym I pay a monthly membership to. I was running late and forgot to log my registration inside the gym. I received a parking fine and appealed, showing the record of attending a class at that exact time. The charge was upheld, despite Smart Parking knowing it was clearly genuine.

This company appears unwilling to give customers the benefit of the doubt in any circumstances. We appealed against the £100 charge explaining that we had registered our vehicle registration number and that as a holder of a Blue Badge, we were authorised to park on the site; as far as we were aware, our parking was authorised and legitimate. We further pointed out that as disabled pensioners with legitimate reasons for our parking on the day in question, we felt that the charge was unfair. This was completely rejected in the reply to our appeal, so we are left with no option but to pay this unfair charge based on a technical error of some kind. If you have to use Smart Parking sites, collect photographic evidence to back up every detail of the process - their profit appears to be the major criterium for any judgement.

My daughter was given a ticket whilst she attended a doctors appointment. The car park had just recently been taken over by popla, no visible signs at this point, a machine at reception which was not very visible but you had to put your car reg in. My daughter got proof of appointment etc and literally in and out in 15 mins. Appealed several times and they aren’t budging. Since my daughter appealed they have displayed visible signs. Fuming is not the word. Absolutely ridiculous that they are extorting money from patients just because parents from the school next door are parking there so my daughter is being penalised 😡😡

I got another ticket as I paid the original £60 and now they are asking for £100 despite paying the original parking ticket. Worst company ever. So I will not be paying it!

This company's business model is to make money out of issuing Parking Charge Notices. If you do have to use them, keep all tickets for the rest of your life, take plenty of photos of where and how you parked. Better still....Avoid!
