The folks I dealt with on the phone when placing my order and scheduling my Smartbox to be dropped off were very helpful and courteous. The gentleman that delivered and picked up my Smartbox was very pleasant, polite, knowledgable and helpful. I still have my boxes in storage, but am confident of the same service when I get them delivered to my new location.

Less than most storage company charges, ability to pack your own box, have it moved to storage, then order it delivered when you need it. Smartbox saved me hours of worry about how I was going to make a move that basically left me homeless for 6 weeks. (Don't worry, I stayed with a friend.) When I could finally get into my apartment, the boxes were delivered when I wanted them. Their system worked incredibly for me! Happy, friendly, personable people in all my contacts from customer relations to the delivery guy. Thank you everyone!

Tony, who came out to deliver and then pick up the filled boxes a week later was amazing. He answered every question I had, advised me how to pack and much more. So far absolutely loving the service..I had a month in between houses so it made perfect sense to do this rather than hire multiple trucks to take everything in and out of storage.

Over our expectations and pleasant to work with. At a stressful time in our lives, moving and trying to downsize it was pleasant to dealt with a provider that seemed to always say we can do that and to be helping us with direction and advice that would benefit us. Very worthwhile and reasonably priced. We had budgeted more $ but they actually delivered 3 boxes, saying we could return it if we didn't need it but we did and they were still less expensive than two other options!

Brian (in Seattle) is the kind of person you want helping you move. He will work with you to make sure you're taken care of while also making sure he's not impacting other innocent bystanders of your move. Smartboxes are smaller and easier to use, especially if you're planning to park them on the street (with a city permit, of course). When we couldn't find street parking for the Smartboxes we left two of them in a no parking zone. Brian didn't have to, but he came back later in the day so we could move them to a legal spot. I am sure if i'd gone with PODs single big container I would have never been able to make my move. Brian was highly communicative throughout the load and unload process. Using a more local player like Smartbox was the right decision for me.

Excellent experience. The cheapest deal I could find for storing my things away from 6 months. They wave the first pickup and delivery cost if you store more than 3 months. They were super flexible with my pick up date I needed to change it the night before my pick up date because I wasn't done packing yet. Fit all my furniture in one box, but I could have easily gotten 2 for the price. Great company. We will see how everything looks when I grab things from the unit in the upcoming months. You can also go into your unit with no cost.

Everyone I spoke to and met was very nice and friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and even followed up the next day to see if I may have any additional questions. Very affordable prices and I am glad that I chose smartbox
