Deal with any other health insurance company. Not Unitedhealth!
Train the people how to clearly speak english, how to send emails with attachments and know who to transfer the customer to if they are unable to help! There are almost NO WORDS for the TWO HOUR and FIVE MINUTES of time wasted talking to 11 incompetent stupid people!

Cats LOVE it
My cats were having digestive issues, and I switched them to Smalls. Transition was easy - I added some broth and Sardine toppings which helped them adapt to it and gobble it down. Their digestive issues have disappeared, the bad breath problem went away, as did the stinky poop. They poop a lot less than they used to when they go. Smalls does a great job of explaining how to best transition to the food, how to unpack and store it, and how it's made. Great company!

My kitty Sweet Pea has completely done…
My kitty Sweet Pea has completely done a one eighty since switching to SMALLS for her food!!! Her fur is so soft and beautiful! She plays way more often; inside and outside climbing trees!! Eats on her own free will if I just leave the food out for her!! She just eats what she needs and then goes out to play!!! Thank you SMALLS 💞 Sweet Pea thanks you too !!!

My picky cat won't stop eating and he's healthier than ever.
My Cat barely ate any food after he got a taste of kitten food when we got a new kitten for him. He has a sensitive stomach so we had to find something he could digest and would like eating. He now has an everlasting hunger. He thinks all food tastes as good as smalls. he won't stop until he's eaten every last taste of cat food in the house. He learned to open doors and canisters of spare food. He's learned to chew through bags of treats. He is a menace. While he was lethargic and tired with his regular sensitive stomach food he is now energetic and hungry for crime. Glad hes back in his natural ways of shenanigans with his new best friend. 10/10 He's never been healthier.

My cat Shadow
My cat Shadow has been on chemo for intestinal lukemia. She has gained weight since starting on Smalls.
