While my time using Smalls was short, it sparked an appetite in my cat who was terminally ill. We ordered a sample box before we knew that Buddy was so sick, and he absolutely loved it after losing interest in almost everything else. When my next order had processed, I frantically reached out to cancel it because Buddy had unexpectedly passed away. The team at Smalls quickly helped to cancel my order and subscription and were so kind when I was completely distraught. They even asked to share a few photos of him with their team. What I didn’t know is that they would use those photos to send me a surprise gift, which was a beautiful framed photo of my boy. I was completely shocked and am so impressed and grateful for their thoughtfulness. If I ever have a new kitty, I know exactly what food I’ll be feeding them. I have a 16 and 18 year old cat, both of whom are the pickiest eaters of any cats I’ve ever had. We tried a trial of Smalls, and they practically inhaled it then wanted more! And so it continues a month later, they won’t eat anything else!! Highly recommend Smalls!

My cat is very picky. He wouldn't eat the smalls first. It has been a very hard road. I tried warming it up, adding to his previous food, adding tuna, he ate the tuna. So I made more changes. I changed his plate to a shallow one, for easier access. I stopped warming up the food. I gave him the fish kind. And now, he absolutely loves it. Needless to say, I will need to change the options for my next delivery!

Beware! this company has charged me over $100 on a second order that was not authorized after purchasing a one time sampler pack. I did not sign up for a subscription and you cannot contact the business by phone. they do not respond to emails or text messages. I have read about this happening to others.

To clarify how our process works, Smalls is a subscription-based service. The "Sampler" is designed as the first step of that subscription to let your cat try the food before a full box ships. We aim to communicate this during the checkout process and in our follow-up emails, but I understand how this can be a shock if that messaging was missed. While we do not currently offer inbound phone support, we take our communication seriously. I want to make sure your messages haven't slipped through the cracks. My cats Acen and Solgaleo go NUTS for smalls!!! I’m a small business owner in pet care, and a lot of my clients feed their dogs the dog equivalent to smalls (farmers dog for example). when a client of mine told me about Smalls I was thrilled!! Acen needed to lose some weight and Solgaleo needed to gain some weight (Sol is the runt of her litter so it has been a challenge getting her to grow a little bit), but Smalls has been an easy transition for my cats and it has been helping them so much health wise. we love smalls!
