I am trying the dry kibble instead of the wet food. So far 2 of the three are eating the mix of the old food and the new food. Can't say they are all in for the new food. Hoping that after a while they will like it better. The quality of this food is great, now I just have to convince the cats!

It took a while to dial in the right "flavors" for my cat, but once we did she loves the food. After about 3-4 weeks we noticed how much different her fur felt. Overall our cat loves the food, and we love that she loves it!

The food is great my cats like it but the delivery has been so unreliable it makes it almost impossible to continue to use.

So far, great experience. Super well packed, fast shipping, which is very important for frozen food. The quality is great! Finally a ingredientes list that you can trust and pronounce. My cat is happy about with his food. I wish they have human grade fresh fish-based food, my cat loves tuna, salmon, mackerel, and fish in general.

Chloe had gotten to the point where she was only eating a few bites of her canned food with each feeding. She was losing weight. Now that she gets Smalls she looks foreword to her meals, eats all of the food in her dish and sometimes even asks for more. She has regained the weight she lost, her fur is softer and seems thicker. She has so much more to talk about with me!

It is very difficult to contact a person in your company! I received one call a while ago from a very nice person and we had a great conversation. It took at least a week to respond to my question! I recently got a email about my next order, that had products I wasn't sure my cats would eat. I tried to edit this order on line to no avail and asked for a person to call me about it. No call and the order was not edited! I ended up with a lot of cat food ( 2 boxes ). Then I get an email that says another order will be sent out next week! I was able to change that date and hopefully will not get the next order until I want it. My cats were hesitant about the new food, it took awhile to get them to eat it, so I'm not in a hurry to transition them to Smalls only. I like the human grade food and figured out how to get it out of the package and into a container and my cats are eating it now. My experience with customer service and you company is not what I would have expected.

My cat has gotten pretty picky in his old age. He turned his nose up at everything in the last year, even prior to that! It got to the point where he would turn up his nose even at table food! We couldn’t get him to touch anything, just cat treats! Well, that’s not heathy, right? Enter Smalls! Thank you! Not going to ask questions because I know, ‘parts is parts’! But he LOVES IT! and his coat looks and feels great! Luxurious! He plays a lot now! And he’s about 13, and he used to just lay around, we were worried about him especially after a trip to the vet about 4 months ago! Thought we were going to put him down then, but it was at that time I heard about Smalls and thought, we’ll try it, what the heck, if he doesn’t snap out of his whatever he had going on… we are sure it probably saved his life! He eats now and looks great! Thank you!!!!

You sent the WRONG food!!! Our cat Luna eats turkey snd you sent chicken????? It’s fo hard to deal with you. Totally frustrating
