Great food that kitty loves and timeliness of orders, notifications, options to manage orders and adjusting deliveries, but it's so much packaging, especially the restock shipments. I'm hoping to find a local fresh pet food deli to switch too but this is working for now. Thank you!

My cats ate this food only a few times before they stopped eating it. I believe it had something to do with the drier texture than what they are used to. Personally, I have no issues with Smalls food.

First, I canceled and the company did not cancel, but charged my card for $130. They wouldn't refund. Then, the food made my cats vomit, repeatedly. Every flavor, same results. If I could give zero stars, I would.

While my cat didn’t like the food, the customer service folks were great about helping me cancel my subscription. The food arrived very well packed and with detailed instructions on how to introduce the new food to your cat. I just have a very picky cat.
