My cat, Snow-Flake is a recently adopted certified pre-owned kitty who is 8 years and 10 months old... She picked me out n chose me as her new forever life companion... and came to me with several health issues that many of them are far less pervasive now that she's on her new diet of Smalls! Her eye discharge (allergies) that she takes Zyrtec for have been greatly reduced and her ever present pervasive arthritis is seemingly affecting her less now that Snow-Flake has been dining on her diet of Smalls. She also has a heart murmur and the vet gave her a clean bill of health... Snow-Flake and I are thrilled with Smalls... if you love your cat...try Smalls for 90 days and You'll both be impressed. If cost is a factor consider when you buy your " Muffin(Cat) wet food for a month it runs about only $35. Less per month... so it's (Smalls) is very budget friendly! Plus your Cat is worth it!

Received an unexpected follow-up order that was sent out in less than 4 weeks and included an exorbitant amount of food that was not even remotely close to the small sample size I initially ordered to try. This unexpected follow-up order was supposedly due to the subscription radio button that I neglected to deselect as it is not very evident to see. Called company to cancel but was told too late as it had already gone out….shipped bit before the the 30 day period I might add too. Deceitful business practices. Cats hate food and the one that tries it as I once in awhile try to reintroduce, throws it up everywhere. Thanks, Smalls.

My cat did not like the food at all. Refused to even eat it so it was such a waste of money. And yes I tried all kinds of different ways and recommended suggestions for encouraging one’s cat to eat it but nothing worked. So doesn’t work for the pickiest eaters.

My girls weren't crazy about the different formulas and some even made them puke.

Wasn’t extremely clear about auto- renewal charges when I wanted to trial it. My cats didn’t like the food so they didn’t even eat it, but I got charged later for more and even more money. when I didn’t have that money to spend.

Customer service reps are very kind, professional and they gave easy instruction on the issue I needed fixed.

The experience has been great, I just wish my cat liked the food the most.
