I'm super excited about this journey me & my babies are on. Have seen all the ads for dogs & was happy to see something similar for cats. They are getting used to it slowly, but I think its gonna be awesome for them. Good healthy human-grade ingredients.

As far as Customer Care and Service goes this is a 5Star+++!! I gave it a 4 Star only because my cat did not take to the food. I wish he would have as this company has the best customer service and really tried to help! They even contacted me early on just to see how it was going. When I contacted them, they responded and handled things immediately for me! Great company!!

I have two cats and only one of them will eat Smalls. I supplement her diet with a small amount of Smalls daily. However, near the end of the week she refuses to eat it and I end up tossing the last few portions. I suspect it just gets a little stale in the fridge. I wish it came in smaller packages so I could ensure I'm feeding her only the freshest food and not wasting any of it. Since starting smalls she's more friendly, has more energy and her fur is soo soft!

If this was just about the cat food, I would give Smalls 5 stars. But I am not thrilled with the delivery of the food. I never know the actual date of when the food is going to be delivered. And it's always dropped in front of my gate on a street that much theft; often the doorbell is not even rung. I would love to be notified a day in advance of the actual delivery date (not a window of days), then updates on the day of delivery of the estimated delivery time. Many services do this now.

The food is dry and the formulation seems very different than my last order. My cat won’t eat it.

My cat loves this cat food and he is a large male cat and constantly bugs me for it! I have a hard cat food that I try to feed him to keep his teeth in good shape but he's become even more vocal demanding his smalls. He's gained some weight and his coat is healthy and shiny. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I found 3 big chunks of something in the ground cow. I have pictures of it and of the packaging it ce out of if you're interested.

Smalls is probably one of the most ethical and caring company I have dealt with. Their food is people quality and the best for your cat. My senior cat is near the end of his 17 years and I wanted to try one more thing to get him to eat. Smalls was so understanding when I told my concierge that he was not eating and wouldn't be reordering. They immediately refunded my initial cost and sent me a text to check on my furbaby. I fully recommend Smalls. They truly care about your cat.

Both the product and the customer service are exceptionally good. Getting a cat transitioned from standard cat food (kibble and wet) to raw or gently cooked is challenging, and the Smalls website and staff were very helpful. My cat is now fully transitioned and Small's willingness to accommodate my requests that didn't "fit" their standard packages is greatly appreciated.
