It is pricey but my cat loves this food. My my experience with their customer service has been great. I didn’t receive the tracking information for one of my previous orders, so the food thawed out by the time I collected the package. They sent an entire order replacement without any hassle. I recommend!

Such a convenient way to get cat food! The process is so easy, way better than going to the pet store. My cat is really picky but she enjoys most of the food! It's super easy to switch up the food plan which has been helpful. The only recommendation is a fish wet food option, which I've had to supplement a little as it's one of my cats favorite proteins :)

Like most of the bad reviews, mine is with customer support, logistics, communication, etc. The food is great. The process is horrible. I wanted to expedite my first order and or place a 1 time order. No one could answer the question in time. So we kept the original ship date. Now Operations whom the "Cat Concierge" has referenced on multiple txt(s) cannot confirm if the order from 8/14 has shipped or not. So they take my money, hold it indefinitely until they can ship or perhaps not ship. The Concierge is a bot that does allow a human to respond. By the human adds no value. The human references Operations - really? How difficult is it to find an order, cancel it, or manually override it and ship it. I cancelled after receiving only the trial - that should tell you something. Upon cancellation the VP Justin(s) face pops up with a "Sorry to see you go - do you really want to leave?" I ask Justin, what choice do I "really" have. Cannot talk to a real person, Cannot get a real answer on my order. Cannot place a 1 time order. Cannot expedite an order. Cannot really do anything - except cancel. Go on Shark Tank and get some additional funding, because Smalls has a capacity issue - the capacity required to communicate effectively.

I had to switch over and find a new cat food when my cat’s last brand stopped producing cat food. Smalls was one of the sample I first ordered and my cats took to it pretty quickly with no issues. So far we’ve had 2 subscription deliveries and they are enjoying it. I will say I wish it contained more veggies as they were use to eating pieces of carrots and greens in the last brand.

Absolutely love this company! They are super helpful on tips for transitioning my cat from dry food to wet. Now my kitty has so much more energy. He’s overweight but he runs around so much more now. My husband commented that the food smelled pretty good. Haha so you know it’s human grade.

As far as fresh cat food offerings go, I really like Smalls and so does my cat! I've noticed her coat quality improve over time (it's rabbit-fur soft) and she sheds much less. Her poops are healthier too! She is not very picky and loves all the flavors/textures. I have been very happy with the responsiveness from support, should I need assistance or have questions. The food is cost-effective and arrives in a timely fashion; I have never received defrosted or spoiled food. My only piece of feedback/criticism is that Smalls does use plant fillers in their food, and I wish the meals contained more organs for a balanced diet. I do find that the meals are more nutrient-filled than anything canned or dry, so short of feeding my cat raw, I am happy with what Smalls provides.

I experienced errors in my order fulfillments twice in my short time with Smalls. Mistakes happen, that's fine. But smalls doesn't make it right. They refused to refund me for the wrong food they sent, which my cat can't eat. I found their customer service generally unhelpful and unconcerned with the satisfaction of their customers, so I am no longer a customer. Seems they only care about their short term dollars.

My cats have been loving Smalls for the past 3 months! After having dogs and seeing how there are many fresh-food options for them, I wanted to be able to do the same for my cats and I am sure glad I found this brand. I have seen improvements in their fur, their poop, and even their moods. Switching from kibble was the best decision we made.
