I have 3 kittens (3 yo gingers). They love this food! I feel good about feeding it to them. I smells like human food and I can't get it un their bowls fast enough. Definitely recommend.

Quality of the food is fantastic. Both my boys love it. I think there is room for improvement on a few things: - portions: I spent a lot of time calculating portion sizes. For the wet food it was pretty straightforward, smalls provides estimated number of calories per day and clear calorie markings on the wet food. It was the freeze dried food that I had to estimate (and ended up running out of!) - packaging: I found that the best route is to have a designated container to transfer the wet food to. This is cleaner than trying to scrap the plastic every feeding time, and even though we lose the markings on the bag we can still estimate by dividing into even portions. - customer support: I’m happy to give lots of leeway in this area since it’s a small, growing company.

I have two sphynx babies and every type of food I was feeding them they were having GI issues and skin allergies. I read a lot about smalls and decided to give it a try and I’m so happy I did. Their skin is clear they go the the bathroom regularly with barely any smell! They enjoy dinner time and have never been healthier !

Amazing product. When it comes to the food itself, my cat loves it and I can tell he's growing very healthy. One reason why I gave 4 stars is because there is no clear direction on how much to feed a kitten based on weight. I started giving Smalls to my kitten when he was 8 weeks old so he was really still a developing baby. Still is and smalls won't allow you to have a delivery with less than 12 packages which at first seemed like too much but ended up realizing it was just enough. At least you can edit the frequency of delivery so that was my solution, to have a larger gap between deliveries. The second piece is the packaging. I don't know why it's so bad but the corner you're supposed to peel never actually peels and I have to use scissors every time and it's messy.

Our cat loves the crochet toy and chicken. None of the crunchies or turkey would our cats eat. Beef was also good . Reordering online was a challenger and a little less than easy.

I have four cats that ate prone to urinary tract infections. They are 14 yrs old, 5 yrs old and 11 months old. I have tried just about every brand of food. This is the only food that is not only human grade but with a taste that they love and will eat. It is a little pricey but when you compare to other foods out there. This is actually a decent price. I will keep ordering it.

Set up and knowing how much to order (based on a growing kitten) can be a bit confusing at first, but my kitten loves the food - so it’s well worth it!
